Family Photos in Falls Park on the Reedy

This morning was the perfect summer morning here in Greenville, South Carolina. It was the perfect temperature and we got a beautiful sunrise with that glowy, morning light. Katy and Logan picked the perfect spot for their family photos: downtown Greenville in the middle of Falls Park on the Reedy River. The lighting was perfect in all of the beautiful garden areas of Falls Park. We walked down to the beach area to take some photos underneath of Liberty Bridge with the falls and downtown Greenville in the background of Katy, Logan, and little Emmy's family photos. We then walked over to the little waterfall and then to the open brick building on the other side of the street.

One thing I absolutely loved about this session is that it took place on the day before little Emmy's first birthday! I think a photoshoot is the absolute perfect way to celebrate a birthday, especially a baby's first birthday! I'm so excited that I was able to get this full gallery back to the family in time for Emmy's birthday, too! Emmy did such an amazing job taking photos during our session! I loved all of her beautiful hair!
