This sweet family joined me on the morning of May 31 for one of my exclusive mini sessions at a private garden property nestled just outside Greenville. This hidden gem is one of my favorite places to photograph families — not only because it’s stunning, but because I have exclusive access to it. With a gorgeous greenhouse, a lily-filled pond, and flowers like roses and hydrangeas blooming throughout the property, it’s the perfect backdrop for natural, joy-filled portraits.

During this session, we wandered through sun-drenched paths, stopping to snuggle, play, and soak up this fleeting season of life. Their baby girl was full of curiosity and sweetness — always reaching for the leaves and lighting up when her parents made her giggle. We captured everything from classic smiling portraits to those in-between moments full of love, including a favorite shot of Dad gently holding his daughter’s toes — a quiet, tender detail that perfectly captured their connection.

One of the things I love most about morning sessions here is the way the light rises behind the greenhouse, wrapping families in the softest, dreamiest glow. This location has it all: open fields, flowering pathways, tall green trees, and peaceful spots that invite you to slow down and just be together.
