Some family stories are so rich and meaningful that they deserve to be told in more than one way. That is exactly what happened during this beautiful session with Lily and her two daughters. We filmed one full Christmas video while the studio was decorated for the holidays, but we also carved out time to create a completely separate non-Christmas family video. This second film focused on who these girls are in everyday life. Their personalities. Their bond. Their quiet moments together. All the things that tell their family’s story beyond the season.

The soft blue wallpaper, velvet sofa, and natural light created a calm and elegant backdrop that allowed the girls’ personalities to take center stage. There were moments of silliness, cozy snuggles, and quiet affection that showed exactly who they are right now. These are the kinds of moments that often become the family favorites.
Seeing Sophia so full of warmth and confidence was especially meaningful. After a long year of treatments and healing, her joy felt powerful. She curled into her mama’s arms, giggled with her sister, and relaxed completely into the space. Her big sister stayed close, patient and loving, always ready with a gentle hug or a silly face to make her smile. Their connection is something special, and capturing it on film is a gift their family will treasure for a lifetime.
