Late Fall Mini Sessions at Paris Mountain State Park

There is something so special about fall in the Upstate. The golds, the soft light, the way the leaves crunch under little feet. Every year my Paris Mountain State Park Mini Sessions sell out quickly, and it’s easy to see why. This beautiful family joined me on November 9 for one of my favorite sessions of the day… and their photos are such a sweet reminder of why I love being a top rated family photographer in Greenville.

From the moment they stepped in front of my camera, these four were pure joy. Their boys were full of energy, silliness, and those perfectly real smiles that every mama wants to remember forever. Mom and Dad chose the most beautiful neutral and blue color palette, which photographed so well against the warm fall tones of the park.

We walked, played, laughed, and let the boys explore. I always say the best family photos happen when you simply love on your people—and this session was filled with those moments. Snuggles with mom, tickles with dad, big brother grins, and little inside jokes only their family understands. Even their sweet pup joined in for a few photos, making the session feel even more personal and true to who they are.

Paris Mountain gifted us the prettiest November light. It peeked through the trees just enough to give everything that soft, magical glow. Mini sessions may be short, but the memories captured are anything but. These quick bursts of connection, laughter, and togetherness are exactly what I want every family to remember years from now.
