Greenville Anniversary Photographer

There is something so special about photographing an anniversary session. It feels slower, more intentional, and so full of meaning. This session in Greenville was exactly that. Just the two of them, taking a moment to pause and celebrate the life they’ve built together.

From the very beginning, their connection was effortless. The kind of love that doesn’t need a lot of direction. The way they looked at each other, laughed together, and naturally fell into each moment made this session feel more like a date than a photoshoot.

We started walking through one of Greenville’s beautiful garden paths, surrounded by lush greenery and soft light filtering through the trees. It was the perfect setting for something romantic and timeless. I always love locations like this because they give us so much variety while still feeling peaceful and intimate.

As we moved through the session, we kept things simple and relaxed. A few gentle prompts, a lot of movement, and space for them to just be together. Some of my favorite moments were the quiet ones. Forehead touches, soft smiles, and the way he pulled her in close without even thinking about it. Those are the moments that tell the real story.

Partway through, they changed into a second outfit which brought a slightly more dressed up feel while still staying true to their style. It added just enough variety while keeping everything cohesive and natural. This is something I always recommend for anniversary sessions if you want a mix of casual and elevated images.

Toward the end, we slowed things down even more. Sitting together, soaking in the moment, and letting the golden light wrap around them. These are always the images that feel the most meaningful. The ones that take you right back to how it felt to be there.

Anniversary sessions are not just about photos. They are about remembering. Remembering how it started, where you are now, and everything in between. They are about documenting your love in a way that feels honest and true to you.

If you’ve been thinking about scheduling an anniversary session, this is your sign. You don’t need a big milestone or a special reason. Your love right now, exactly as it is, is worth documenting.

If you’re looking for a Greenville anniversary photographer, I would love to create something meaningful for you. You can head to my booking page to reserve your session or download my pricing guide to learn more.

These headshots were taken on a quiet, tree-lined path with soft greenery all around, which is one of my favorite types of locations for professional portraits. The light is flattering, the background feels high-end but not distracting, and the overall look is timeless.

Why Choose Outdoor Headshots in Greenville, SC?

Outdoor headshots are a great option if you want your photos to feel approachable, modern, and a little less “stiff” than traditional studio images.

  • Natural light is incredibly flattering and soft on the skin

  • Greenery adds warmth and depth without taking attention away from you

  • More relaxed environment, which helps you feel confident and comfortable

  • Versatile images that work for LinkedIn, websites, speaking engagements, and more

For this session, we focused on creating a mix of close-up and full-body images so he would have a variety of options for different uses.

What to Wear for Outdoor Headshots

Outfit choice plays a huge role in how your headshots turn out. For this session, he chose a navy blazer, white button-down, and neutral pants, which is a perfect combination for outdoor photos.

A few quick tips for your own session:

  • Stick with neutral, classic colors

  • Avoid loud patterns or logos

  • Choose something that feels like you on your best day

  • Bring a second option if you want variety

The goal is to look polished and professional while still feeling like yourself.

A Mix of Posing That Feels Natural

During every headshot session, I guide you through posing so you never have to wonder what to do.

For this session, we captured:

  • Classic standing portraits

  • Relaxed, hands-together poses

  • Seated images on stone steps for a more approachable feel

  • Close-ups with genuine expressions

Nothing felt forced, and that’s always the goal. You want your photos to reflect who you actually are, just in the best light possible.

Greenville Headshot Photographer

If you’ve ever needed a headshot that feels professional and like you, this session is exactly what that can look like.

I photographed this session for an actuary who was preparing to present at an upcoming conference. She needed updated headshots that felt polished, confident, and approachable, while still feeling natural and true to who she is. Instead of going the traditional studio route, we chose an outdoor location at Furman University here in Greenville, South Carolina and it could not have been more perfect.

The soft, natural light, the greenery, and the clean, timeless pathways gave us so much variety while still keeping everything cohesive and elevated. This is one of my favorite approaches for professional headshots because it adds warmth and personality while still keeping things very professional.

During the session, we focused on a mix of looks to give her versatility for different uses. We captured classic, straight-on headshots that are perfect for conference materials, LinkedIn, and speaking engagements. We also added in slightly more relaxed and candid images that feel approachable and great for websites, social media, and branding.

One of the biggest goals for this session was helping her feel confident and comfortable in front of the camera. Most people I work with tell me they feel awkward getting their photo taken, especially for something as important as a professional headshot. My job is to guide you through the entire process so you never have to wonder what to do with your hands, how to stand, or how to get a natural smile. You can see in these images how relaxed and confident she looks and that always leads to the best photos.

I also love that she brought two different outfits. The green look feels strong, polished, and grounded, while the lighter outfit brings in a softer, more approachable feel. Having multiple outfit options is one of the easiest ways to get more variety from your session and make sure your photos work across different platforms.

If you are a professional in Greenville, South Carolina and you’ve been putting off updating your headshots, this is your sign. Whether you need photos for a conference, your website, LinkedIn, or personal branding, we can create something that feels elevated, natural, and completely you.

You don’t need to feel awkward or overthink it. I’ll guide you every step of the way so you walk away with images you’re actually excited to use.

If you’re ready for updated headshots, you can book your session directly through my website.

These photos were taken during my Floral Backdrop Mother’s Day Mini Sessions here in Greenville, SC, and this particular session was such a beautiful mix of playful and tender moments between a mama and her three year old daughter.

From the very beginning, this little girl brought so much personality into the studio. You could see how comfortable she felt, and that always makes for the most meaningful images.

Studio Maternity Photographer in Greenville, SC

There is something so sacred about this season of waiting. The quiet anticipation, the excitement, the way your family begins to shift and grow before your baby even arrives. Maternity sessions are about so much more than just documenting a baby bump. They are about capturing the love that already exists.

This beautiful studio maternity session in Greenville, SC was part of my Mother’s Day mini sessions, and it was such a sweet reminder that this season is just as much about your family as it is about your pregnancy.

This mama was glowing. The soft, neutral tones she chose paired perfectly with the light, airy studio and the stunning floral installations designed by Rachel Deneroy Designs. Dad stepped in throughout the session as well, bringing such a grounding, joyful presence. Some of my favorite images are always the ones where both parents are together, hands resting on mom’s belly, just taking in the moment. It is simple, but it says everything.

Family Portrait Photographer in Greenville, SC

If you have little ones, you already know how quickly everything changes. One minute you are holding a tiny baby, and the next they are running around, laughing, talking, and showing you their whole personality. That is why family photos matter so much. They freeze this exact season of your life before it slips into the next.

These family portraits were taken during my Mother’s Day mini sessions in Greenville, SC, and they are such a perfect example of what I love most about photographing families. Real connection. Genuine smiles. And moments that feel like you.

This sweet family came in with their two little boys, and from the very beginning, the energy was so joyful and easy. Big brother was full of personality, smiling and snuggling right up to mom. Baby brother was in that adorable, expressive stage where every little reaction is pure magic. And dad stepped in for a few moments that ended up being some of the most special images of the whole session.

The floral backdrop, designed by Rachel Deneroy Designs, created the most beautiful setting without taking away from what matters most. Your family. The soft pastel tones and natural light at White Wall Studio keep everything feeling timeless and clean, so your photos will still feel just as beautiful years from now.

One of the biggest concerns parents have before a session is how their kids will behave. And honestly, they do not need to behave perfectly at all. Some of the best moments come from the in-between. The giggles, the wiggles, the quick snuggles, and even the little moments of chaos. I guide you through everything in a way that feels relaxed and natural, so your session feels more like spending time together than posing for photos.

You can see it in these images. The way mom looks at her boys. The way dad lifts his baby up and makes him laugh. The way big brother leans in close. These are the moments your kids will grow up seeing. This is their childhood.

Family portrait sessions do not have to be complicated or stressful. Whether you are booking a full session or a mini session like this, my goal is always the same. To create a space where your family can simply be together while I capture it in a way that feels beautiful and true to you.

If you are looking for a family portrait photographer in Greenville, SC, I would love to photograph your family. You can head to my booking page or download my pricing guide to see all of the details and available session options.

These days are fleeting, but your photos do not have to be.

These Mommy and Me photos were taken during my Mother’s Day mini sessions here in Greenville, SC, and they were truly some of my favorites. Baby Amelia’s 6 month milestone photoshoot was so sweet and SO much fun. I had the pleasure of taking both photos and videos of this family and baby photo session. The family had just recently moved into their new home after completing extensive renovations. It was such a dream location for a photographer. The designer curated decor, the incredible windows and natural light throughout the home, and the loving family ready to play and create memories all made for just a beautiful photoshoot. What an honor to capture these photos and videos. We even included the family’s two dogs in the photos as well.

In Studio Second Birthday Photos in Greenville, SC

There is something so tender about turning two. The baby softness is still there, but personality is blooming in the most joyful, expressive ways. This in-studio second birthday session near Greenville, SC captured that season beautifully, with soft florals, gentle light, and space for real connection.

Set inside a natural light studio in Easley, this session was designed to feel simple, elevated, and full of meaning. The kind of images you will look back on years from now and still feel.

Meet the Family

This sweet birthday girl was the center of it all. Curious, expressive, and full of little moments that made everyone smile.

What made this session especially meaningful was how it included both parents. Not just quick posed photos, but real connection. Holding her close. Laughing together. Letting her personality lead.

These are the images that matter most later.

Location & Light

This session took place in a bright, white studio just outside Greenville in Easley. The clean space allowed every detail to stand out without distraction.

Midday natural light filled the room, creating soft shadows and a calm, airy feel. It wrapped around each moment in a way that felt effortless and timeless.

This kind of light is what makes studio sessions feel both polished and deeply personal.

Wardrobe & Details

The styling for this session was soft, feminine, and intentionally simple.

A blush-toned tulle dress for the birthday girl brought movement and texture, while her second outfit added a slightly more playful feel. Mom’s neutral tones paired beautifully with the overall palette, creating a cohesive, elevated look.

The custom floral arrangement added something truly special. Loose, garden-style blooms in soft pinks and creams gave the session a romantic, heirloom quality. Paired with a small bouquet in her hands, it gave the birthday girl something to interact with naturally.

And of course, the subtle birthday touch. A delicate “Happy Birthday” headband and balloons that kept the focus on her without overwhelming the scene.

Favorite Moments

Her quiet, curious gaze
Standing still for just a second, holding her balloon, taking everything in. These in-between moments always say the most.

Tiny hands holding fresh flowers
There is something about toddlers and flowers. Gentle, curious, completely unposed.

Dad making her laugh
The kind of laugh that takes over her whole face. Those are the moments you cannot plan, but they are everything.

Snuggled close with mom
Soft smiles, cheek-to-cheek, the kind of closeness that defines this stage of motherhood.

The full family together
Simple, seated, connected. The kind of portrait that belongs framed in your home.

Planning Your Own Second Birthday Session

Second birthday sessions are one of the most overlooked milestones, and they are truly one of the sweetest.

At this age, your child is expressive, affectionate, and full of personality. You are not chasing perfection. You are preserving connection.

Here is what makes it feel easy:

  • A simple, light-filled studio space

  • Soft, coordinated wardrobe (with access to a client closet if needed)

  • Gentle prompting so your child can just be themselves

  • Time for both individual and family moments

Family Photos During Spring Cherry Blossoms in Greenville, SC

There is something about spring in Greenville that just feels like a fresh start. The trees begin to bloom, the light softens, and everything feels a little slower in the best way. This family session during my spring blossom minis captured exactly that feeling.

From the moment we started, this session was full of connection. Quiet snuggles, playful lifts, and those in-between glances that say everything without a word. These are the moments you want to remember, and spring gives the perfect setting to hold them.

Why Spring Cherry Blossoms Are Perfect for Family Photos

Spring sessions in Greenville are all about softness. The pale blooms, light greens, and neutral tones create a clean, timeless look that keeps the focus on your family.

This setting works especially well for young families. There is space to move, room for kids to play, and natural prompts that bring out genuine smiles.

In this session, we leaned into:

  • Gentle movement like lifting and swinging baby

  • Close, connected poses with lots of touch

  • Simple prompts that kept things relaxed and natural

The result is a gallery that feels both elevated and effortless.

What to Wear for Spring Family Photos

Wardrobe played a big role in how cohesive this session felt. Soft blues, creams, and warm neutrals blended beautifully with the blossoms.

A few takeaways you can use for your own session:

  • Choose a soft color palette with one or two main tones

  • Keep textures simple and elevated

  • Dress baby in something neutral and classic

The goal is to complement the setting, not compete with it.

A Peek Into This Greenville Family Session

This session was filled with the kind of moments parents want to hold onto.

Dad lifting his baby into the air and getting that full, open smile.
Mom holding him close, soaking in those quiet seconds.
The three of them together, laughing, completely in their own world.

We even ended with a relaxed moment on a blanket, letting baby play while mom and dad stayed close. It is often these slower moments that become favorites.

Planning Your Own Spring Family Photos in Greenville, SC

Spring blossom sessions are limited each year and fill quickly. Timing matters since the blooms only last a short window, but when everything lines up, it is worth it.

Pregnancy Announcement with Twin Toddlers in Greenville, SC

There is something extra special about documenting a growing family, especially when little ones are still so small themselves. This pregnancy announcement with twin toddlers in Greenville SC was full of joy, movement, and the kind of love you can feel instantly.

We met at Legacy Park during peak cherry blossom season, and everything about the setting felt soft and celebratory. Light blooms, warm air, and a family stepping into a brand new season together.

Spring Cherry Blossoms at Legacy Park in Greenville SC

Spring mini sessions in Greenville SC are always a favorite, but this one stood out. The cherry blossoms created the perfect backdrop without overwhelming the connection in front of the camera.

The soft pink and white blooms paired beautifully with mom’s light blue gingham dress and the girls’ matching outfits. Everything felt cohesive, timeless, and effortless.

If you are planning a spring session, this is exactly why timing matters. Blooming trees, gentle light, and space for your kids to move freely make all the difference.

A Pregnancy Announcement with Twin Toddlers

Fifteen-month-old twins bring energy, curiosity, and unpredictability, which is exactly what makes sessions like this so meaningful.

There were moments of stillness, like both girls sitting in mom’s lap, and moments of pure toddler chaos, like tiny hands grabbing ultrasound photos and wandering off mid-shot. Both matter. Both tell the story.

One of my favorite parts of this session was how naturally the announcement unfolded. Instead of forcing a pose, we let the girls interact with the ultrasound photos. Smiles, curiosity, and a little bit of mischief made the moment feel real.

What to Wear for a Spring Family Session

This family chose outfits that worked beautifully for both the setting and the story:

  • Soft, neutral tones that complement the environment

  • Light fabrics that move easily with toddlers

  • Coordinated, not matching, pieces

  • Comfortable shoes for walking and holding little ones

Mom’s flowy dress added movement, while dad’s classic, simple look grounded the session. The girls’ matching outfits tied everything together without feeling overly styled.

Why These Moments Matter

This season of life moves fast. One baby becomes two, and suddenly you are preparing for three.

Photographing a pregnancy announcement like this is about more than sharing news. It is about holding onto what life looks like right now. The way your toddlers reach for you. The way you hold them a little closer knowing everything is about to change.

Extended Family Photographer in Greer, South Carolina

There is something really special about getting everyone together in one place.

This extended family session at Paris Mountain State Park brought together grandparents, siblings, and cousins who all live in different states. Greenville has become their meeting place, and this time, they chose to document it. With a brand new baby, curious toddlers, and years of family history all in one frame, this session held so much meaning.

Extended Family Photos at Paris Mountain State Park

Spring at Paris Mountain State Park is soft, green, and full of life. The light filters through the trees, and the trails create a relaxed, natural setting that works beautifully for large groups.

We started with full group portraits, making sure to capture everyone together. Then we moved into smaller combinations. Each individual family, grandparents with grandkids, siblings, and a few sweet in-between moments.

This kind of session is about more than one perfect photo. It is about preserving relationships.

A Mix of Generations, All in One Session

One of the most meaningful parts of this session was documenting every stage of life.

  • Grandparents holding the newest baby

  • Parents juggling little ones with ease and laughter

  • Toddlers staying close, then wandering just enough

  • Cousins learning how to be together

There was a quiet rhythm to it. Nothing forced. Just gentle direction and space for connection.

These are the images that grow more valuable with time.

Planning Your Extended Family Photos in Greenville, SC

If you are planning a family reunion or gathering in Greenville, scheduling a session like this is one of the best ways to remember it.

Cinematic Video For Newborn Session - Greenville Newborn Photographer and Videographer

There is something about those first days that feels impossible to hold onto. The way your baby curls into you. The quiet weight of them on your chest. The way your toddler leans in, curious and gentle.

Photos freeze those moments. Video lets you feel them again.

This in-studio newborn session was designed to do both.

Why Add Video To Your Newborn Session

If you are expecting, you already know how quickly everything is changing. What most families do not realize is how fast these early days pass once your baby is here.

A cinematic newborn video captures:

  • The way you hold your baby close

  • Soft movements and natural reactions

  • The connection between siblings

  • The small, in-between moments you do not notice in real time

It is not posed or forced. It is guided, but natural. You get to simply be with your baby while everything is documented for you.

A Calm, In-Studio Newborn Experience

This session took place in a soft, light-filled studio with a simple color palette. Mom wore a light blue dress that photographed beautifully against the neutral tones. Baby was wrapped in a classic cream swaddle. Big sister matched with a soft blue bow and dress.

Everything was chosen to feel timeless and easy.

You do not need to overthink outfits or what to do with your hands. I guide you the entire time with simple prompts:

  • Sit close and pull baby in

  • Whisper to your toddler

  • Rest and breathe for a moment

The result is a session that feels calm, not overwhelming.

The Moments You Will Want Back

One of the most meaningful parts of this session was watching big sister interact with her new baby.

She leaned in for kisses. She watched closely. She stayed tucked in between her parents, right where she felt safe.

Dad held his baby and looked down with that quiet pride. Mom held everything together with a softness you could feel in every frame.

These are the moments video brings back in a way photos alone cannot.

Is A Newborn Video Right For You

If you are the kind of parent who wants to remember how it felt, not just how it looked, this is for you.

You will hear the tiny sounds. You will see the movement. You will remember the pace of those early days.

And years from now, you will be able to show your child exactly how loved they were from the very beginning.
